We accept valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or UK driving licence. You’ll be asked to provide this before your stay for security purposes.
Check-in is from 15:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We may be able to offer flexibility depending on bookings either side of your stay - just ask in advance.
We offer self check-in via a secure lockbox or smart lock. Full instructions will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp before your arrival.
Yes, a security deposit is required for all stays. This is held (not charged) before check-in and released within 24–48 hours of your departure once the property has been inspected.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. If your apartment has a balcony, you’re welcome to smoke there. Just make sure the balcony doors are closed and dispose of cigarettes responsibly.
In most cases, yes - provided the dates are available. Contact us as soon as possible to request an extension.

We’re not an estate agent - we’re a serviced accommodation company. We lease or manage properties and rent them out to vetted guests for short and long stays.
Our agreements are flexible but typically range from 1–5 years, depending on the property owner’s needs.
No. We offer fixed, on time payments whether or not the property is booked, so you enjoy guaranteed income.
We use a Company Let Agreement that clearly sets out responsibilities, payments, and terms to protect both parties.

Yes. We handle day to day maintenance issues and keep the property in excellent condition.

Yes - we can fully furnish and style your property to a high standard. We typically agree on a short rent-free period to cover this, but it ultimately increases the quality and value of your property when returned to you.
